DECLARATION OF TRUST
IQdUW ALL MSN BY TI~SE PRSSSNTS, that we, R. 88WI.$Y and
OZBLLA $ST~LLS BSWLSY, his wife, hereinafter referred-to as the
Trustors, do hereby make, declare, publish, and acknawledge that
the said Trustors do hold in trust for tihe purpose hereinafter
described, the following real property situ~te, lying and being
in St. Lucie Count~, Florlda, to wit: _

Lot l, previously conveyed, as described
in Deed Book 248, at page 100, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and LSSS that
parcel oi land in the North 300 feet o£ said
Government Lot 1 descri d in the Declaration
of Trust dated July a , 1966, made by
R. E. Bewley and Oze11a Sstelle Hewley, his
wife, in favor of Robert Bewley Thomas, ~
beneficiary, which Declaration of Trust is
recorded of even date herewith bearinq

AND we, the said Trustora, do hereby further ackno~wledge and
declare that we hold the above described real property in trust for
the following uses and purposes:
l. To hold, manage, and invest the same for the use and
benefit of our daughter, T$RRY B. SNELL, to whom.they now give the
full beneficial interest thereto subject to the conditions herein

set forth. The whole of the land hereby given and conveyed is the ~
