WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by th~se preseints does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain lan3 situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

page 35 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~lorida.
TOG~THER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors here~j covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said Iand in fee simple; that they have qood right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any an3 to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. - .
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 248,
at Page 149 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 1966 and subsequent years.
