THIS WARRANTY~DEED. Made and executed the 7th day of Sept~er.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee thac they are lawfully_
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author- 4
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 242,
at Page 477 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years.
