THIS INDTiNTURE, executed the ~day of ~~i~j,y(Q~G{~tX,~ ,
1966, between ARTHUR RHOBES, as Executer of the Estate of PAUL
ROSHNBLUrI, Deceased, late of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ARTHUR _
RHODES, individually, joined by ~ RNODES, his wife, parties of
the first part, and JOSEPH O. La~ONTE, a single adult, of 836 Jersey
Avenue, Blizabeth, New Jersey, party of the second part. .
WHEREAS, the ~;sirties of the first part were duly constituted
and appointed Executors_of the Estate of PAUL ROSENBLLM, Deceased,
by Letters Testamentary, granted on October 12, 1966, by the Honorable
J. M. Sample, County Judge, in anc for St. Lucie County, Florida, and,
whereas, it is necessary and expedient for the best interests of the
estate that certain real estate in St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after described be sold. .
NOW, THEREPORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum -
of SEV~N 1HOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00), in hand paid,
said parties of the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, y
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto said party of the second
part, and to his heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain
land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as fellows:
Lots 11 and 12, of Block F, HARMONY HEIGHTS, -
Unit No. 3, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 9, at page 46, of the P ublic
, Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
1iOGE1HER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND 1i0 HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs. successors and assigns, in ~ee simple forever.
And the parties of the first part doth hereby covenant to and
with the said party of the second part, his heirs, successors and as-
signs, that in all things preliminary to and in and about said sale,
and this conveyance the orders of said Court and the laws of Florida
shall be followed and complied with in a11 respects. ^
