RESQI,UTION NO. 66-75 _

WHgRSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holdi~tg a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter de.:cribed request for a change in
zoning classification be DENIED; a*~d
WI~RBAS, said Boar_d of County Commissi~ners held a pub? ic
hearing on said reconunendation on Nov~uiber 22, 1966, after first
publishing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 4th
day of Nove~ier, 1966, said date being at least fifteen ~15) day-s
prior to the date of said hearing;
NOW, THEREFOREr B$ IT RESOLVSD by the Board of County Com~ais-
sioners of St. Lucie County in tneeting assembled this 22nd day of
November, 1966, as follows:
