In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and ths masculine sh811 include the feminine and neuter. All
riehts and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and _
be bindin6 upon the respeczive heirs, esecutors, administrators,
successors and assi~ns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
