a corporation organized and existinq under and by virtue of the -
laws of the.State of Florida, having its principal place of busi-
ness in the City oE Fart Pierce.and Caunty of St. Lucie in the
State of Flori~ia, of the first part, for and in consideration af
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations unto
it paid by OLIE B. McCARTY, individually and a~ Executrix of the
hstate of Daniel T. McCarty, Jr., of Fort Pierce, Florida, of the

granted, bargained, sold, trar.sferred, set over and de~ivered, and
by these presents does grant, barqain, sell, transfer, set over and
deliver unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns,
all those certain chattels described as follaws:

TO HAVE AND TD HOLD the same unto the ~arty of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever.
And the party of the first part, for itself--and its succes-
sors, hereby covenants to and with the party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns, that it is the lawful owner of the said
goods and chattels; that they are free from all liens and incw~rt-
brances; that it has good right to sell the same as aforesaid, and
that it ~vill warrant and defend the same against the lawful cZai~s
and demands of.all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused
its corporate name to be hereunto subscribed and its corporate
sea~ to be affixed by its officers thereunto d:~ly authorized, this
the 29th day of November, 1966.
