releases and acknowledges full satisfaction of those liens
and encumbrances in favor of and to BLUE GOOSE GROWERS, INC.
which may be imposed as against:

thereof, recarded in Plat Book 12, Page 50, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, con-
ta~ning 147.17 acres;
by the covenants and conditions of that certain agreement dated
Jar~uary l, 1964, in Ofricial Records, Book 91, Page 397.
for all operating costs and advancements to January 1, 1966,
in^luding without limitation those sums paid, due or obligated
in respect to those claims of lien made subject to transfer
to surety, all as provided by instruments filed for record
