transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a cer-
tai n letter of instructions beari.ng date of November 1, 1966, mac~e

interest in that certain agreement bearing date of November 1, 1966~
made by J. B. & C. REALTY & DEVEIAPM~NT.:.'ORPORATION, WAYNE E. ALLSN,
BERNARD SCHF.REL, JAMES R. ALLEN and GEORGE E. ALLEN, providing for
disbursement of funds upon being received by the party of the second
part under that certain mortgage recorded i.n O.R. Book 97, at page
869, of the Public Records of Okeechobee County, Florida.
