line of the Fiorida East Coast Railway Company in th~ following

Beginning 176 feet South of the Northwest corner of the North

of Range 40 East, run thence South 88 feet; thence run East
to the Indian River; thence meander the banks of the said India
River, Northward to a point due East of the point of beginning;
thence run West to the point of beginning; together with

In the event the aforesaid premises should not be used for ~
