in Plat Book 10, on page 7'6, being the same premises conveyed to
Joseph Martone and Florence Martone by warranty deed of Sunland Gar-
dens, Inc. dated July 10, 1958 and filed in the Office of the Clerk
~ of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on July 14, 1958
and recorded in Deed Book No. 239, pages 196-~97.
