Thia Assignment is made as additional security for the
repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by that certain note in the ;

The Assignor covenants that the I~ease hereinabove described
is valid and aubeisting, that the Assignor is the lawful owner of all
of the options, right, title, iritereat and estate of every kind of
the Lesaor thereunder, and in arid to the leased premises and all
buildinga, structures and all improvements thereon, and that the eame
are free and clear of all liena, encumbrances and assignments (eXcept
only the lease hereinabove described and easem~nts, reatri~;tione and
~ encumbrances of record) and tnat the Asslgnor has f"ull power and
~ lawful authority to asaign and convey the same, and will defend the

the same against the lawftiil claims of all peraons whomsoever.
