THIS INDBNTURE, Made the 29th c;ay of November, 1966, between ~
PHILIP LACNANCE and BERTHA LACHANCS, his wife, of 6 Denman Drive,
Fords, TOWNSHIP of WOODBRIDGE, CounCy of MIDDLESEX and State of
NEW JERSEY, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and ~
RAYI~ND R. TRUMBADORE, Attomey, of 54 South Main Street, in the s
BORAUGH OF MANVILLE, County of SOMERSET and State of NEW JERSEY,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee;
WITNESSETH, That the said Mortgagors, PHILIP LA CHANCE and BERTHA
IA CHANCE, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/00-----($10.00), to them in hand paid by the said Mortgagee, ~ ~
Raymond R. Trombadore, Attorney, the receipt whereof is hereby aclmow-
ledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said Mortgagee, RAYMiOND
R. TROt~ADORE, Attomey, his heirs and assigns forever, the followin~g

his legal representatives or assigns, a certah promissory note, a copy ~
of which is on the reverse side hereof, and shall perform and comply

of this mortgage then this mortgage and the estate rereby created shall
be void, otherwise the samP shall remain in full force and virtue. And
