on the building on said land for not less Chan $2,5~0.00, approved by `
the M~ortgagee, with standard mortgage loss clause payable to Mortgagee,
the policy to be he~d by the Mortgagee; to keeg the buiiding on said
land in proper repair; and to waive the homestead exemption.
Should any of the above covenants be broken, then said note and
all moneys secured hereby shall, without demand, if the Mortgagee,
RAYMOND R. TROMBADORE, Attorney, his legal representatives or assigns.

so elect, at once become due an.d payable, and the mortgage be foreclosed,
and all costs and expenses of collection of said moneys by foreclosure
or oCherwise in~luding solicitor's fees, shall be paid by the Mortga-
gors, and the same are hereby secured.
In Witness Whereof, the said Mortgagors hereunto set their hands
