ARTICLES OP Af~tEEMENT,
Made this ~ . d3y of December, i~n the year of our Lord,
one thousand nine hundred and sxxty-six, between JOHN W. BRASSINGTUN
and HELEN R. BRASSINGfON, parties of the first part, and HERBERT W.
PRIESTER and MAir'IS PRIESTER, parties of the second part, ~
WITNESSETH, That i.f the said parties of the se~ond part shall .
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinaftex men-
tioned on fiheir part to be made and performed, the said parties of
the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to
the said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, adminis-
tr~t~Xs~or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever,
by~a~ good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land,
situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and _
described as follows, to-wit:

West 175 feet to a point; thence turn and run South 139
f~et for point of beginning; from said point of beginning
continue South 5? feet to a point; thence turn and run West

a point; thence turn and run East 125 feet ~o the point
of beginning; said lot also being described as Lot 13 ~f
an ~unrecorded plat of the NE~ of NW 4 of NE~ of Section 7,

and the said parties of the second part hereby co~enant and agree to
pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of Six Thousand
Three Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($6,325) in the manner following: .
~ $400 cash to be paid upon the execution of this agreement,
~ receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the sum of
~ $60 per month for one year, payments beginning on January 15 „
1967, and each month there4fter, and the balance of said
purchase price shall be payable one year from the date of
~ January 15, 1967. Parties of the first part have the option
~ to renegotiate another contract with the partie~_f the
second parfi.
~ Parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay all taxes,
assessments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed upon
