HomeMy WebLinkAbout1624 said land subsequent to the year 1966, and to keep the buildings up~n said premises insured in some company satisfactory to the parties of ~he first part, and payable for the parties, respec- tively as their interests may appear, in a sum not ~ess thari its ~ insurable interest during the term of this agr~e~ent. And in case of failure of the said parties of the second part to make any of the payments or any part thereof, or to perform any of the cove- nants on their part hereby made and entered into, this contract shall, at the option of the parties of the first part, b~ forfeited and terminated, and the parties of the second part shall forfeit all.payments made by them on this contract; and such payments shall be retained by the said parties of the f irst part in full satis- faction and liquidation of all damages by them sustained, and the said parties of the first part shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the premises aforesaid without being liable to any action therefore. Parties of the second part shall pay all court costs an~l reasonable attorneyts fee which may be incurred in enforcing the terms af this contract. There shall be a grace period of fifteen (15) days Fermitted in making the above payments. Pre- payment of any or all of the above payments is also authorized. ~ IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, by and between the parties hereto, that the time of each payment shaZl be an essential part of this contract, and that all covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the respective parties.
