TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaininq.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they,are Iawfuily
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawfu7 author-
ity to sell,and convey said land~ that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same aqainst the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This ~onveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existinq easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub- ?
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 244 ;
at Page 349 , Public Recor.ds of St. I;ucie County, Florida. ;
