sold by the Company and' heretofore released from the Mortgage and Dad
of Ttvst dated as af Jaauary 1, 1926, from Florida Power dk Light Company
to Bankers Tn~st Company and Tha Florida National Banlc of Jacksonville,
Trustee.s, and specifically describe@ in three separate release~ ea~ocnted by -
Bankers Trust Company and Tho Florida National Bank of Jacksonville,
dated July 28,1943, October 6,1943 aad December 11, 1943, which rcleases
have heretofore been delivered by the said T~astees to the Company and ~
recorded by the Company among the Public Records of aIl Counti~s in which
such properties are locatod; provided, hoa?ever, that the PropertY and rights
expressly excepted from the i.ien and operation of the Mortgage in the above .
subdivisions (2) and (3) shall (to the eatent permitted by law) cease to bo

covenants as are set forth in the Mortgage, as heretofore supplemented~, this

ditions, provisos, covenants and provisioas contained in the Mortgage shall
affect and apply to the property hereinbefore descn'bed and conveyed and to
the estate, rights, obligadons and duties of the Company and Trnstees
and the beneficiaries of the trust with respect to said property, and to the
Trustees and their suocessors as 'hustees of said property in the same manner
and with the same effect as if the said property had been owned by the Com-
pany at the time of the execntion of the Mortgage, and had been specifically
