Sinlldng or Improvemea~t l~nd for Bonds of t~ F.3g6t~a~h Serka.
S$c~tzox 2. The Company oovenants that, ~o long as any of thc bc:~ds
of the Eighteenth Series shall remain Outstanding, it will, oa or before
December 1, 1972 and on or before December 1 of each yeac thereafter,
to and including the year 1995, deliver to tlie Corporate Trustee:
(A) An Officers' Certificate which shall state:
(a) the greatest princip~l amonnt of all bonds of the EigLteenth
Series prior to January 1 of such year at any one time Outstanding;
(b) the aggregate principal amount of all bonds of the Eighteenth
Series retired prior to .the .date of such O~cers' Certificate pursuant
~ to the provisions of subdivision (3) or subdivision (4) of Section
61 of the Mortgage by use or application of. the pmceeds of insurance
on, the release ur other disposition of, or the taking by eminent
damain of, property, vr pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 of the
Mortgage; ~
(c) ti~ aggregate principal amount o# bonds the right to the
authentication and delivery af wluch (on the basis of the rctirement
of bonds of the Eighteenth Series) shall have been waived prior .to
the date of such O~cers' Certificate pursuant to the provisions of
~ clause (c) of subdivision (4) of Secxioa 59 of the Mortgage as the
basis of the release of property or pursuant to the provisions of
~ subdivision -(2) of Section 61 of the Mortgage as _the besis of tbe
withdrawal of cash repre~cnting prooeEds of imsurance on, the releaae
or other disposition of, or th: taking by eminent domain of, praperty;
the amount remaining after deducting the sum of the amounts
stated p•usuant to clauses (b) and (c~ above from t~e amount stated
pursuant to clause (a) above;
