S$ctzoN 3. Section 3 of the Third Supplemeutal Indenture, as heretofore
_ amended, is hereby fiuther amended by inserting the words "or Eightcenth
Series" immediately before the wards "remain Outsianding".

SECTION 4. S~bject W the amendments providod for in this Seventeenth
Supplemental Indenture, the term4 defined in the Mortgage, as heretafore
supplemented, shall, for all purposes of this Seventcenth Supplemental Inde~

SECnox 5. Section SS of ihe Mortgage, as heretofore amended, is
hereby further amended to iasert the words "and subject to the provisions of
- Sectioa 2 of the Serenteenth Supplemental Indenturs datad as of December 1,
1966", after the words "and subject to the provisions of Section 2 af the
. ~ Si~teenth Supplemental Indenture datcd as of December 1, 1965".
SECriox 6. The Tn~stees hereby sccept the tn~st Lerein. declared, pro-
. vided, created or supplemented and agree to perform the same upon ihe terms
and conditions herein and in the Mortgage, as heretofore supplemented, set _
forth and upon the following terms and conditions:
Tl~ Tn~stees shall not be responsible in acry manner what~oever for or
in respect of the validity or sn~ciency of this Seventeenth Supplemental Inden-
ture or for or in respect of the recitals contained herein, all of which recitals
ar.e made bp t~e Company solely. In general each and every te~m and con-
dition oautaiaod in Article XVII of the Mortgage, as Leretofore amended,
