PEDLOWE, his wife, did on the 19th day of June, 1964, make, execute and deliver one certain Warranty Deed of that date whereby they did convey to JOSEPH EUGENE PARRISH and JOANNE LILLIAN PARRISH, h3s wife, the follawing described property, to•wit: ~ Lots 6 and 7 of Block 3, of Fabers Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at page 6 of the public r~cords of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with ell improvements thereon, and, - Whereas, the sellers, WILLIAM E. PEDLOiWE and ANNE I. PEDLaWE, his wife, did receive a purchase money first mortgage deed fram the said JOSEP'H EUGENE PARRISH and JOANNE LILLIAN PARRISH, his wife, to secure the payment of one certain promissory note in the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLI~ARS (~15,500.00), payable in installments of $111.05 each; said installments payable monthly, ~i the first being due and payable on the lst day of August, 1964, and ~ like installment on the corresponding day of each successive month ~ thereafter until the entire note is paid; said note bearing six per cent interest from date until paid~ and Whereas, it is the desire of the mortgagees, WILLIAM E. PEDLOWE and ANNE I.
