Naw, therefore, in consideratior. of the premises and of

ANNE I. PEDLOWE, his wife, by the said JOSEPH EUGENE PARRISR and
JOANNE LILLIAN PARRISA, his wife, the receipt of which is hereby
acknawledged, said WILLIAM E. PEULOiWE and ANNE I. PEDLaWE, his wife,
do by these presents subordinate the said purchase money first

mortgage above-described and recorded in Official Book 92, at page
189.of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to a mort-
gage deed to be hereafter created in favor of First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida, in an amount not
exceeding $12,000.00 so as to make said mortgage deed from ~OSEPH
EUGENE PARRISH and JOANNE LILLIAN PARRISH, his wife, to First Federal
Savings & Loan Ass~ciation of Fort Pierce, Florida, superior in
every respect to said purchase money first mortgage to William E.
Pedlowe and Anne I. Pedlawe, his wife, which shall likewise be
inferior and subordinate to any renewal and extension of said mort-
~ gage deed given to the First Federal Savings & Loan Association of
~
~ Fort Pierce, Florida, by the said JOSEPH EUGENE PARRISH and JOANNE
~
LILLIAN PARRISH, his wife, or their heirs and assigns.
