incotnpetent, said ~uccessor committee havi~g been duly ap-

of New York, County of New York, dated the 20th day of
February, 1962, party of the first part, and PAUL MALINOWSKI
and AILEEN GiTr~RIDGE MALINOWSKI, his wife, residing at
340 East 52nd Street, in the City, County and State of New
York, party of the second part.
