- hereto that if Weatherbee Road from U. S. #1 East a distance
of one-half mile is not paved within two (2) years from
the date hereof, this deed shall be null and void. .
As further consideration the party of the second part
agrees to install at no cost to the parties of the first part
a culvert 40 feet in length in the roadside ditch approximate-
. ly 50 feet East of the East end of_the builaing on said property.
This deed is subject to the easement, if any, of the
American Telephone and Telegraph Company.

THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors, legal repre-
~ sentatives and assigns, a right-0f-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said partiesof the first part
do F~ereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons #

whomsoever.
