I. SUBORDINATION: , ~
FOR AND IN CONSIDSRATION of a loan or advances made or to
be made by Florida Citrus Production Credit Association, a ~~rpara--
tion (here3,nafter called Lender) , to Wagner Groves, Inc. (hereinafter
called Borrower) for the crop season 1966-1967, and all other in-
debtedness from loans or advances heretofore made by Lender to Bo;-
~ rower, and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Ilollar Faid
to the undersigned, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned being the owner and holder of a note, secured by a real '

estate mortgage from Florida Maid Citrus Corp., a Florida corporation, #

to Strazzulla Brothers Co p, dated June 20, ~
1962 (herei.naftex called instrument owned by undersigned), and re-
corded on the 21st day of June, 1962, in O.R. Book 39, at page 291, ~

in the office of the- Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie

County, Florida, does hereby postpone and subordinate the lien, ~
operation and effeet of instrument owned by undersigned on all of
k the real estate, crops, or other products of the land described in ~

the security instrument executed by Borrower to Lender, i.n favor ~
g of said loan or advances and/or indebtedness until January l, 1968,
at which time this subordi.nation shall terminate. ~

II. NON-DISTURBANCE: ~

1. That the undersigned, without first obtai.ning written
