by undersigned without first giving Lender notice in writing of
such transfer and giving the transferee notice in writing of the
texms of this agreement.
3. That this instrument shall be binding upon the per-
sonal representatives, heirs, legatees, devisees or successors
and assignees of undersigned, and will inure to the benefit of
Borrower and Lender and their personal repreQentatives, heixs,
legatees, devisees or successors and assigns.
4. This non-disturbance agreement shall terminate on
January l, 1968.

1966, at Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
