SU~ INATION A~D NON-DISTURBANC$ AGREEMENT `

I. SUBORDINATION:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of a loan oi advances mad~ or to
be made by Florida CitY:us Production Credit Ascociation, a corpora- _
tion (hereinafter called Lender), to Burton Smith Groves, Inc. (Hers-
ina~ter called Borrower) fo~ the crop season 1966-1967, and all other
indebtedness from loans or advances heretofore made by Lender to Bor- _
rower, and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to
the undersigned, the receipt wheseof is hereby acknowledged, the under-
signed being the owner and holder of a note, secured by a real estate
mortgage from Florida Maid Citrus Corp., a Florida corporation, to
Strazzulla Brothers Company, a co-partnership, dated June 20, 1962 ~

(hereinafter called instrument owned by undersigned), and recorded
on the 21st day of June, 1962, in O.R. Book 39, at page 291, in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
does hereby postpone and subordi.nate the lien, operation and effect
of instrument owned by undersigned on all of the real estate, crops, _
or other products of the land described in the security instrument
f executed bg Borrower to Lender, in favor of said loan or advances

II. NOI~DISTURBAI~CE:

FOR THE CONSIDERATION AFORESAID, T~ UNDERSIGNED DOES COVENANT
AND AGREE:
1. That the undersigned, without fixst obtai.ning written ,
consent of Lender, will take no action of any nature whatsoever that
~ will in any way disturb Borrowers possession of the property owned
