Personally appeared before me, the undersigned auth-
ority, BYAON T. QOORSBY~ and being first duly sworn, on oath
says:
1. That prior to the date of this affidavit, William
Yenoher and Susan O. Yenoher, his wife, were the owners of the
following described property, situated in St. Lucie County,
_Florida, to-Wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 169, Unit 12A,
Lake wood Park Subdivision, as per plat re-
corded in Pl~t Book 11, pages 35, 36 and 37,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,_
which said property was purchased from Lake Indrio Corporation,
a Florida corporation, and on which Lake Indrio Corporation held _
a mortgage as recorded in Official Record Book 128, page 341,
3t. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
2. That on July 15, 1966, william l~enoher and Susan
O. l~enoher, his wife, made, eaecuted and delivered their
warranty deed to Lake Indrio Corporation reconveying the land
to them in sa~tisfaction of the said mortga.ge; that the said
Menohers have no further interest in the above described
! property and that all real estate taxes thereon for the year -
1966 were assumed by Lake Indrio Corporation.
3. That all of the above are from this affiant•s per-
sonal knowledge as attorney for Lake Indrio Corporation in the
transaction. -
