Jr. with his wife Evelyn B. Cleveland as Grantors in that
certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official Record Book 66,
page 637, and that iiiil? iam A. Cleveland and the iiiilliam A.
- Cleveland, Jr. referred to in the foregoing deeds is one

with Evelyn B. Cleveland,_also known of record as Evelyn
Cleveland, who i~ one of the Grantors 3n said deed recorded
in Official Record Book 66, page 637; and that E~relyn B.
