AGRE~NT made between BEL-AIR GROVES, INC., a i
~ Florida corporation (referrAd to as "Operator"), and the
undersigned parties (individually referre3 to as "Owner" and
c~llectively as "Owners");
FACTS
}
A. This agreement relates to that certain un-
improved real property in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, consisting of 880 acres, more or less, hereinafter
. referred to as "Grove" and more fu11y and legally described
as follows:
The East One-Quarter (E1/4) of Section
10; and the West Three Quarters (W3/4)
of Section 11; and the North One-Half _ ~
(N1/2) of the West Three^Quarters (W3/4)
of Section 14, less the South 30 feet
thereof;
and that certain uniragroved real property in the County of St.
Lucie, State o£ Florida, consisting of 80 acres, more or less, ~

The North One-Half (N1/2) of the Sast ~
One Quarter (E1/4) of Section 15, less ;
the South 30 feet thereof, all in Town-

(Grove) lands described in A above; (ii) the acres by blocks
of each Owner; (iii) the plan, location of the di}~es, roads,

. In consideration of the mutual covenants and
agreements herein contained: Owners engage and employ the
Operator to (at the pro-rata cost of each-Owner) arrange for,
supervise and manage the development, planting, operation,
husbandry, harvesting and-marketing of the Grove and the }
Reservoir in accordance with the terms and provisions of this #
agreement.
