This agreement relates to that certain un- improved real property in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, consisting of 880 acres, more or less, hereinafter . referred to as "Grove" and more fu11y and legally described as follows: The East One-Quarter (E1/4) of Section 10; and the West Three Quarters (W3/4) of Section 11; and the North One-Half _ ~ (N1/2) of the West Three^Quarters (W3/4) of Section 14, less the South 30 feet thereof; and that certain uniragroved real property in the County of St. Lucie, State o£ Florida, consisting of 80 acres, more or less, ~ Y~.erei~after referred to as "Reservoir" and more £ully and ~ legally described as follows: ~ The North One-Half (N1/2) of the Sast ~ One Quarter (E1/4) of Section 15, less ; the South 30 feet thereof, all in Town- ship 34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. : 7 B.
