GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS DEED, Made and entered into this 14th day of December, 1966,
between MARY FRANCES BASS, individually as the wife of JERRY BASS,
and as rhe dLly constituted and appointed Guardian of the property of
said JERRY BASS, Incompetent, of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, as Party
of the First Part, and ERNEST M. CAIN and JqAN CAIN, his wife, whose
mailing address is 3404 Avenue "0", Fort Pierce, Florida, Parties of
the Second Part;
W I T N E S S E T H, That on December 14, 1966, upon the petition _
of Mary Frances Bass, the Honorable J. M. Sample County Judge in and
for said County, granted to Party of the First Part leave to sell the
lands of the said Jerry Bass, Incompetent, held as an estate by the
entirety with Mary Frances Bass, his wife, for the purpose of paying
debts.
NOiW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in further
consideration of the sum of $11,500.00 purchase money paid at and
befoxe the sealing and delivery of this deed, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has sold and conveyed
i and does hereby sell and convey unto the said ERNEST M. CAIN and JDAN

CAIN, his wife, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of
land situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida and
described as follows:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 20 of SiJNI.AND GARDENS, a
subdivision according to a plat thereof recorded
in P1at Book 8, page 32 of the public records of
St. Luc;e c~~ty, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH G. E. Range, Freezer, Whirlpool Washer,
Frigidaire Dryer, GE Dishwasher, Fedder Air Conditioner.
~ TO HAVE ~'iND TO HOLD the same to the said ERNEST M. CAIN and JY~N
CAIN, his wife, their heirs and assigns in as full and ample manner as
