a certain parcel therein described, and subject to the reservation for State Road
Right of W~y as therein defined (the last recorded aWner of the title of said
property nour being Maurice 8. Hartman and Bever~y B. `ria~tman, his xife '

WHfiRFAS, the State Road Department of Florida has advised that tre property
hereinafter described is not necessary for highxay purposes, and ha~ approved the
release and quitclaim of said reservation for State~Road Right of Way-to the eatent
hereinafter set forth;
