expenses, ir.cludfn~ a reasonable attorney's fee, that the SELLER may, at
any time, incur in the enforcement of any of the terrns, conditions, pro-
visions or covenants contained herein that the PURCHASERS may have failed
to keep and perform. -
11. Pbssession is to be given to the PURCHASERS immediately
and the first monthly payment as provided in Paragraph 2, shall be c~ue on

January 1, 1967, and all future payments shall be due on the lst day of the
month.
12. This Agreement for D~eed may be assigned or transferred only
if the new PURCHASER is approved by the SELLER.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the SELLER has caused these pres~nts
to be executed by its duly authorized officers, and its corporate seal hereto
affixed, anc~ the PLJRCHASERS have set their hands and seals, the day and
