WITNSSSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum ot Z~en Dollars and other valuable considerations ~
~to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second gart, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assiqns forever
the following describ~d land situate lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 2, of GREENWOOD, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 11, at page ~1, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with certain furniture, household -
goods, fixtures, appliances, tools, and other tangible personal
property located on the above real estate as per agreed list

Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated September '

assume and agree to pay. ;
