THIS AGRERMENT entered into this daq of
December, 1966 by and between GENSRAL DEVELOPMSNT CORPORATION,
a Delaware corporation duly authorized to transact businesa in -
the State of Florida, hereiasfter referred to as Geaeral., aad -
DONALD.F. MALLETTB, TRUSTEE IN BANKRUPTCY FOR FORT PIERCB
GENERAL HOSPITAL INC., A BANKRUPT FLORIDA CORPORATIC~, hereia-
after referred to as Trustee.

hereby acknowledged, General has granted and does hereby graat
unto Trustee, its successors aad asaigns aa_easement for ingress

No. 1; Thence N 27 55'3I"W along said northeasterly
Right-of-Way line for 2618.17 feet to the POINT OF
