TAIS WARI2ANTY DESD, made this 18th day of November,
1966, by OLNINA LaCHA1~TTC~, sometimes also knawn a$ Olivina
Z'herrien LaChance, surviving spouse and unremarried widow of
8enry LaChance, Sr., deceased, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to pAUL LaCAANCS, whose post office address is: Box 381, St.
Jerome, Quebec, Canada, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the'terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument, and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNSSSETH: T'hat the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of love and affection and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknvwledged, hereby qrants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee; all that certain land situate in S t. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
An undivided one-quarter (1/4) interest in and
to the following described property:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at the NW corner of Delaware
Avenue and South 17th S treet ~in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, run thence Westerly on the North
boundary line of Delaware Avenue a distance of 113
feet and point of beginning; continue thence Wes-
terly along North boundary of Delaware Avenue, a
distance of 50 feet; run thence Northerly parallel
with South 17th S treet, a distance of 138 feet;

a-distance of 50 feet, run thence Southerly parallel
