THIS IS A CORRECTIVR DESD. Z'he amount of interest
conveyed to the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed, dated November 18, 1966, recorded in O. R.
Book 159, pages 337-338, erroneously co~veyed ~
Grantor's 1009b interest in and to the said pro- ~
perty and should have conveyed only a one-quarter
interest in and to said property. ~

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with the said grantee
that the grantor is- lawfully seized of said land in fee si.mple;
that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell
and convey s~id land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the ~
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is ~
free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to ~
December 31, 1965. -
