WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DSSD, made this 18th day of November,
1966, by OLIVINA LaCHANCB, sometimes also knawn as Olivina
T'herrien LaChance, survfving spouse and unremarried widaw of
Henry LaChance, Sr., deceased, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to HBNRY LaCHANCB, JR. and SUZANN~ LaCffi~lNNCS, his ;aife, whose

Pierce, Florida, hereinafter cal].ed the qrantee:
