THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED. Z'he amount of interest
conveyed to the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed, dated Noveml.~r 18, 1966, recorded in O. R.
Book 159, pages 335-336, erroneously conveyed
Grantor's 1009~6~ interest in and to the said pro-
perty and should have conveyed only a one-quarter
interest in and to said property. ~

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that -

the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and ~
convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the #
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful ~
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of ~
all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequert to December ~
31, 1965. ~
