THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) THE MORTGAGOR herein shall make the payments called for in fhe first mortgage now encumbering this
I property to the MORTGAGEE herein, which MORTGAGEE shall in turn deliver said payment to the owner
of the said mortgage.
(2) If the MORTGAt'~OR herein does nat make the scheduled payments due under the first mortgage when
they fall due, then the MORTGAGEE at its option can make the said first mortgage payments to the
owner of the said first.mortgage, addin~ said payments made to the balance due urxler this second ~

(3) THE MQRTGAGORS herein shall not further enc~umber this property, except by permission of the MORT- ~
GAGEE herein.

(4) The MORTGAGORS herein will allow the MORTGAGEE herein at some later tJate to re-finance or re-ar- t
range the first mortgage now encumbering this propetty in any way so long as it is not to the financial t
~ loss of the MORTGAGOR herein. The MORTGAGOR herein agrees to sign any papers or documents per-
tinent and neqessary for said re-financing to pro~eed_ Proceeds from said refinancing to apply towards
~ the unpaid balance of this mortgage note.
~ (5) THE MORTGAGOR herein will at any time at the rcquest of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this
J morigage and the amouM of principal due hereunder, in writing on a form provided for this purpose by
the MORTGAGEE. The purpose of these statements will be for annual audit or special audit prior to sale
ot this mo~tgage. -
(6) In the event of foreclosure of this mortgage deed, the MORTGAGORS are to be held liable only to the
