For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of -
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION GORrORATfON, at their offit,e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of E_'~•~
with interest from date at the rate of 96 per annum, in monthly installments as follows: '

Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balanpe
of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notioe, all the remaining installments shatl be due and paya6le at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor aoceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment here~n, shal) be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and :vrit~~r agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
or after maturity, witFw~t notice to a~y of us; and to pay all oosts of oollection, including a reasonable attor-
ney s fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and ~
exemption ur~der the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
