For value received, i, we, .or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order nf
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offiqe in Fort Pie~ae, Florida, the sum of ~ 1~~ ~
with interest fram date at the rote of 10•0 % per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

day of each like succeeding month thereafter for a period of 6f months, at which time the entire unpaid
bala~ce becomes due and payable on demand.

ing payment date. -
Each installment first shall be apptied in the payment of the i~terest and then on the unpaid balanqe
of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of -
the holder, and without any other notioe, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at orxe.
Privilege is give~ to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, b~st this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, ~wr acceptance by the hotder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. .
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, prese~tment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before ~
or after maturity, withoui notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasorsable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and {iereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as againsi this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof. '
