THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) Th~ MORTGAGOR herein shall make the payment B, called for in the 18t mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein, which payment s the MORTGAGEE here- ~
in shall in turn deliver .to the owner of the said 18t mortgage . ;
(2) If the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they come due under the afor~ ~
said l8t mortgage , then the h10RTAGEE here at 1t8option, ca~ make the said delin- ~
quent payment 8, adding said payment s made to the batance due under this mortgage deed. In
the event that the MORTGAGOR herein dces r~ot make the scheduled payments as they become dus ~
un~er the aforesaid l8t , mortgage , then at the option of the MORTGAGEE
herein, the entire balance due hereuRder can be decJared due and payable in full on demand by the
said MORTGAGEE herein. ~
(3) Tne MORTGAGOR herein shall not further encumber this property, except by obtaining ihe permission ~
of the MORTGAGEE herein. '
(4) The MORTGAGOR herein vvill at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein, refinance the first mortgage
now encumbsri~g this proeerty at any time deemed desirable by the MORTGAGEE herein. The pro-
ceeds of said refinancing to be applied against the unpaid balance due hereunder. ~
(5) The MORTGAGOR herein will a4 the request of ihe MOR?G~k~EE herein ecknowledgs this morigage ~
~ and the amount still due at the time of the request on a form provids~ for this purpose by the MORT-
GAGEE.
~(6) Failure o~ the pa~t of the MORTGAGOR to comply wifh, perforrn, or abide by any of the agreements,
siip~latians, conditi~ns and cove~ant; as set forth above in ~ections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers the
N~ORTGAGE~ herein, at his opt;o~, to de:lare the entire balance due hereunder to b~ due and payable
at once. Failure o'r the MORTGAGcE h~rein, to ~xer:ise this option at any time shuil not constitute a
waiver of the ri~ht to exercise t:~is opticn at some later time.
(7) In the event of forecSosure of this rnortgage deed, the MORTGAGOR w;ll be he1~ liab!e only to the ex-
ient of the pro;r_~rty a~uumbered by this mortg3ge deed. ~
