W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART shall

and the said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART hereby covenants
and agrees to pay to the PARTIES OF TI~ FIRST PART, the
sum of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRID AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($6,950.00) with interest from date at the rate of 896 per
annum, as follows:
~ SIXTY-F'IVE DOLLARS ($65.OOj upon the signing of this
agreement, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
