called the MORTGA~~OR, and GARDNffit (~WI.SS, hereinaiter called the PURCHA5~R,

THAT, '~I~AS, the ~iortgagor, being indebted, did make, execute and deliver
unto said Hortgagee its cartain promissory notes evidencing varioue indebtedneaee~;
and did flu~ther deliver unto said Mortgagee certain mortgaga deeds to secure said
notes, xhich said mortgages are filed for record in the Publie Recorde of St. Iucie
Cowaty, Florida, an~ encumber tha propertiea dascribed in esid aartgagea, to ~rit:

AND, W~AS, Purchaser by deeds has acquired title to the aforesaid mortg,aged
properties ~rom the Hortgagor,
AND, W~~RTsAS, it raas a consideration of the aoquisition that the Purchaser
assumes and agrees to pay the aforesaid notes and mortgages,
AND, W~AS,_ said Mortgagor does nox desire to be released by the Hortgagee
from all flu~ther personal liability on said obligations
Nt)W, Tt~tffiTORS, for and in consideration of the premises and of the benefits
and detriments accruing from one to the other, it is hereby agreed by and between ~
the parties hereto as follows:
(a) That the Purchaser, Gardner Cowles, does hereby expressly assume and
agree to pay tha aforesaid notes and mortgages in accord,ance xith their respective
ter~ and shall henceforth be personally responsible for the payment of aaid notea
and mortgages as flilly and in a11 respects as though the original maker th~reof. ;

(b) That in consideration of the Purchaser assuming payment of the above ~
notes and mortgages, the l~iortgagee doea hereby expressly relieve and releaae the . ~
above named Mortgagor from all flirther personai reaponaibility and liability upon
' the same.
