THIS MORTGAGS Executed this the sixteenth day of December, 1966,
between HERNARD MICBASL PALMER, as Guardian of the Estat$ of LINDA
MAY PAI,I~R, an Incompetent, and BERNARD MICHAEL P1~LN~R, Individually,
Parties of the First Part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Banking Cor-
poration, Party of the Second Part, WITNSSSETH: That the said
B$RNARD MICHAEL PAI,I~R, as Guardian of the Estate of LIND~A MAY PAI,i~R,
an Incompetent, has applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, for authority to_mortgage certain real estate be-
longing to the Estate of LINDA MAE PALMER, an Incompetent, as here-
inafter described, averring that it i.s necessary and expedient to
mortgage the same for repairing the building located on the said
property, making certain alterations, and to pay the taxes and ~n-
surance on the said property, and the Court having duly considered
the same, entered its Order dated the fourteenth day of December,
1966, directing the said Guardian to mortgage the said real estate
to the St. Lucie CoUnty Bank in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000).
TI~REFORE, for good and valuable consideration and also in
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the said promissory
note of even-date,hereinafter 3escribed, the mortgagor hereby grants,

I bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the
! mortgagee all the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized
~ and in possession, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 21 and 22, Block "C" of HOGG`s ADDITION to Fort Pierce,
Florida,_as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at page
1 of the gublic records of St. Lucie County, Florida -
~ TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same. together with the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, issues and
profits thereof, unto the mortgaqee, in fee simple.
~ AND, the mortgagor covenants with the :nortgagee that the mort-

~ gagor is indefeasibly seized of said land an fee simple; that the

~ mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey said land
~
~ as aforesaid; that the mortyagor will make such further assurances
~ to perfect the fee simple title to said land in the mortgagee as
~ may reasonably be required; that the mortgagor hereby fully warrants
~
~ the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
