verb~tim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.0?_, Florida
Statutes, in Official-Record Buok 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindins upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
