. THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing upon the Complaint
of the Plaintiff and the Court,having heard the testimony of the -
Plaintiff and Plaintiff's witnesses,-the Court finds that it has
jurisdiction of the cause herein and the pa~cties hereto, that the
~ Plaintiff has sustained the allegations of her Complaint by
cowpetent testimony and proof, tha~ the equities are with the ~
Plaintiff and against the Defendant and that the Gefendant is .
