possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well as in equity, of the said
part~ of the first part, of, in and ~to the sasne, and every. part and parcel
thereof, with the appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargai.ned and described
premi~ses, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assig~s, to its awn praper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part, for itself and for its suc+aessors
and assigns, dces covenant, promise and agree to and with the said party
