said party of ~th$ first part, of, in and to the same, and every par~t and
parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above grarited, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, to its awn proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part, for itself and for its su~Gessors
_ and assigns, dces covenant, promise and agree to aud with the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, that the said party of the
first part, at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, is law-
fully seized of and in all and si.ngular the above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances, and has good right, full
power and lawful authority to grazrt, bargain, sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid. And the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably and
quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the above granted
~ premises and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, without

t any let, suit, trouble, molestatian, eviction or disturbance of the said party
of the first part, its successors or assigns, or of any other persnn or -
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same, by, through and under
the Grantor herein.
And the said party of the ~irst part, for itself and for its suc::esso~ s
and assigns, warrants the above described and hereby granted and released
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto
the said party of the second parE, its successors and assigns, against the
said party of the first part, its successors, and against all and e~ery person E
or persons whomsoever lawfully clauriing or to claim the same, by, through
